Abstract：We study the Fukaya-Seidel category of nilpotent slices underlying the symplectic Khovanov homology. We show that the Fukaya-Seidel category is quasi-equivalent to the corresponding principal block of the parabolic category O arising from the representation theoretic point of view towards Khovanov homology. Some interesting features will be discussed along the way. This is a joint work with Ivan Smith.
